Well every law is good
success depends on implementation 🙂
Implementation + importance to Lok Pal Bill will make it successful. But to end corruption We need to understand system. 🙂
Implementation of CVC, CAG and other institutions will also lead to the same result. You are right. To stop corruption we need to understand the system. The system already has a lot of watchdog bodies. Creating an undemocratic body will not help issues.
